Scalar Quantities

Those physical quantities having magnitude but no direction are called scalar quantities.

For example Mass, Length (Distance), Time, Volume, Density, temperature and humidity etc.

Vector Quantities

Those physical quantities that have magnitude as well as direction are called vector quantities.

For example displacement, velocity, acceleration, and force etc.
